Golden VISA

The Golden VISA grants you and your family a residence permit should you decide to acquire property or properties in Spain (at least €500.000 in total), have significant funds in a Spanish bank account or in stocks of Spanish companies (at least €1.000.000) or in government debt bonds (at least €2.000.000).

The validity of this VISA is 2 years and can be renewed for an additional 5 years. It allows its holder to reside and work in Spain. Unlike other VISAs, the renewal of the Golden VISA has lighter requirements.
