That is a temporary residence permit. It applies in special circumstances to non-EU citizens who have been living in Spain for over 2 years without a residence permit and who have had a clean criminal record for the past 5 years. It can be requested with or without a working contract in Spain. Having first-degree family ties with a Spanish resident will be required for request without a working contract.

We will prepare and proceed with the presentation of the necessary documents until the Foreigner’s ID Card (in Spanish – TIE) is obtained.

This residence permit is valid for 1 year.
